After years of gently (and not-so-gently) pestering Max Rees to take The Curators | B Corp™ outside the M25 bubble… we finally made it happen.

On 29th May 2025, we pulled together the ultimate dream team TMC x The Curators – Birmingham Blitz edition.

17 of us.
5 teams.

A perfectly pre-planned route (thank you, Lewis White 🙌).
And a whole lot of enthusiasm. We hit the streets of Brum and covered nearly 50 stores in one day—Tesco, Sainsbury's, Holland and Barrett SEA, Waitrose & Partners & Asda.

✔️ Learned a lot (and blagged a bit)

For some of Team TMC, it was way outside their comfort zone; but everyone got stuck in. Sales confidence boosted, retail understanding deepened, and a reminder that nothing beats being in the trenches.

And yes, a bit of healthy competition helped. As did the promise of a night at Albert Schloss! We’re already planning the next one - further up north before the year’s out.
