The Mind Collective was founded in 2015 by Letty after having a self confessed mid-life career crisis and becoming disillusioned with big corporate life. Ultimately she wanted to get back to what she loved - marketing and brands. She also recognised that some of the most creative, tenacious, and insightful marketing ideas were coming from within the SME community.
Letty saw that SMEs need and want access to super-smart marketing capability, but in a more flexible and modern working model; not an expensive permanent fixed overhead that isn’t right for the size or growth trajectory of the business. So, she created a new approach and marketing model, offering bespoke marketing solutions for Challenger Brands, Start-Ups and SMEs.
Over the years we have grown organically into a small but perfectly formed collective of passionate marketers with a huge breadth and depth of experience, knowledge, and interests between us.
